Ian Evans, from award-winning local deli Broad Bean, has been voted both Guild of Fine Food Deli of The Year and Slow Food Deli of the Year and Broad Bean is going from strength to strength under his ownership.
The deli originally opened its doors just over 40 years ago, and although the business has changed hands over the years, it has always remained a family business and maintained the idea of selling good food to the people of Ludlow and visitors alike.
