Talks and Tipples

Rob Swift, Bread2Bake

Where:

Talks & Tipples - Outer Bailey

When:

The Swift family began baking bread in 1863, when Hannah Swift created loaves for the people of Staffordshire. Now more than 150 years and six generations on, Rob continues that tradition in Ludlow, producing some of the most delicious and inventive breads you will find.

Rob loves teaching people to learn to make bread. In his book ‘Born and Bread’ written to mark the family’s 150th anniversary, he also includes his easy-to-follow recipes for standard, savoury and sweet breads, and following a meeting with Royalty, Queen Camilla now has a copy!
