Stay Safe

Your Safety and Security at the Festival

Ensuring your peace of mind with comprehensive safety measures and security protocols throughout the Ludlow Spring Festival.

Drinking responsibly

We have a large amount of alcohol on site throughout the weekend and we ask all visitors to take a responsible attitude towards the amount that is consumed. Please allocate a designated non-drinking driver or, where possible, please use public transport for responsible travel.

First aid & medical facilities

There are trained personnel on site throughout the weekend and an ambulance on site to cope with any incidents that may occur. Ludlow Hospital has a minor incidents unit that has limited opening hours so if an incident happens, we urge you to use the First Aid tent located near to the entrance.

Security

We advise all visitors to take care of their personal belongings and never leave bags unattended. We have registered SIA (Security Industry Authority) staff located throughout the festival all weekend for everyone's protection and security.
