Ian, alongside his wife Alice, run the award winning 'Broad Bean Deli' in Ludlow.
Before taking over - revamping and reviving the Deli in 2016, Ian was a Butcher on the prestigious Sandringham Estate, preparing meats for Royalty in residence, and Alice a Deputy Head Teacher at a Special School.
Broad Bean stocks over 40 cheeses, cured meats and antipasti, plus fresh home-made Quiche and salads.
They work closely with local suppliers and chosen stockists from further afield, and work consciously to lessen any environmental impact.
